NATALIA!!!!! is an absolute goddess and deserves to have her own TOP DOG store or own her own business! From the moment I walked in over a year ago, she showed an unmatched passion for helping my babe thrive. My baby Frenchie, Geno, has recently developed food intolerances, and finding the right diet for him has been a stressful, exhausting journey until I called Natalia at TOP DOG. She was up for the challenge without hesitation. I emailed her all of Geno’s test results, and when I arrived, she had already done her research and was spot on with exactly what he needed. Her knowledge of pet nutrition and different food brands is truly next level she explained everything in detail, breaking down ingredients, sourcing, and how they would affect Geno’s digestion. It’s clear she doesn’t just sell products; she deeply understands what goes into each brand and how it benefits specific needs. But what really blew me away was how much she went above and beyond. She didn’t just hand me a recommendation and send me on my way—she took the time to go over every option, ensuring I felt confident in what I was feeding Geno. She even checked back in to see how he was doing! That level of care and dedication is rare and priceless. The whole team at this store is incredibly kind and welcoming, but Natalia is a true gem. Her expertise, patience, and genuine love for animals make her an irreplaceable asset to this business. I am forever grateful for her help, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else when it comes to my pup’s nutrition! Wish you would get a store in Cumming. ga we need one over here! Jen and Natalia are amazing! They are both so helpful every time I come in. I always have a lot of questions and am always impressed with their depth of knowledge. It’s rare to find such wonderful people/customer service. In addition to their awesome service, they spoil my Golden with love and attention (and treats!) every time we come in. Top Dogs also has a great variety of high quality products to choose from. Highly recommend the Roswell location!
