We stopped in today for a few quick supplies before driving back home. We were immediately greeted with bright smiles and made to feel very welcomed. The young ladies helped us find a warm coat for our new Frenchie and travel water bowl. They ladies gave us lots of wonderful treats! He loved having a couple on the drive back. We also purchased a nice leather leash and dropped it in the parking lot. The you g lady called us to tell us and refunded us the money. Excellent experience. Excellent customer service! We will be back when we are in the area. Franchise in Alabama!

I just had to post because Jocelyn made my experience very warming and welcoming, and made me feel like at home The moment I walked through the door, she said, welcome in and asked me if I needed any questions that she would be there to help me. She is very well, spoken, energetic, and kind. I meant to write this review a few months ago, but something just sparked my memory about how I need to write her view for her selfless. Actions towards all of my needs while I was there.
